All clients must book one initial assessment appointment at the new office prior to booking any other services. This initial appointment includes medical history, consultation, assessment, massage treatment and follow up plan. There is the option to add-in other modalities into your treatment and this can be discussed at your appointment.

Includes warm towels, Thai foot reflexology with wooden tool combined with massage therapy.

MFR & Massage Therapy

Includes a thorough postural assessment, MFR (Myofascial Release) techniques, massage therapy and reassessment. Patients are asked to bring assessment clothes (shorts, a sports bra and/or t-shirt).

REIKI & MASSAGE THERAPY

Includes intention of reiki, aromatherapy, breath work, energy healing techniques, and sound vibration tools combined with massage therapy.

YOGA & MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapy with post-treatment exercises, yoga demonstrations or hands on stretching will be given for patient rehabilitation to practice at home. Patient is required to wear comfortable/stretchy clothing.

TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE

Thai massage is done on a comfortable floor mat with techniques such as yogic stretching, acupressure points, rhythmic rocking, and tractions. Client is required to wear comfortable/stretchy clothing.

HARMONY MASSAGE RETREAT

Massage Therapy with a combination of any holistic healing modality to customize to your own unique experience. Includes a welcoming copper bowl foot soak, foot scrub, warm towels, customized massage, and complimentary refreshment.

SACRED THAI MASSAGE RETREAT

Traditional Thai Massage on a floor mat that requires the patient to wear comfortable stretchy clothing. The therapist will move the patient through yogic like stretches, applying acupressure and dynamic Thai massage techniques. Includes a welcoming copper bowl foot soak, foot scrub, warm towels, customized Thai massage, and complimentary refreshment.
